WHAT FITS IN AN 8'x16' CONTAINER?
Typically, a general guideline suggests that the essentials from a 3-bedroom home can be accommodated within our 8' x 16' container. However, the actual outcome hinges on your prowess in the art of three-dimensional Tetris-like packing. The strategy here is to maximize space by skillfully stacking items along the walls and even utilizing overhead space.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
There is a monthly rental due upon delivery and on the anniversary of delivery. There is also a fee for each additional time you want the container moved, including drop-off and empty pick-ups. The transport fee is based on location. Most customers have us move it 2, 3, or 4 times.

DOES BOXPROTECT SERVE MY AREA?
Currently we service all of Virginia's Hampton Roads/Tidewater area and the Raleigh/Durham Triangle. We also serve most surrounding areas. Call 1-800-BOX-3333 and ask if your area is in service.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A CONTENT BOX?
Either fill out our online request form or call us... heck, text us even. 1-800-BOX-3333 allows for texts.
WHEN WILL MY CONTENT BOX ARRIVE?
We will notify you by text and/or email of your estimated delivery window. Remember, you do not need to be present for the delivery.
WHAT CAN I LOAD IN MY CONTENT BOX?
Almost anything can be stored in your content box. However, there are some exceptions. Hazardous materials (toxic chemicals, gas, liquids, waste, lawn mowers, motorized vehicles, etc. No animals, strictly prohibited.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO LOAD AND UNLOAD?
Because we offer monthly rental, you can pack and unload at your own pace. Your billing cycle begins the day your Content Box is delivered and continues through the next 28 days.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY BOX?
Unless there is a restriction in your neighborhood or site, you can keep it as long as you need it.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE CONTENT BOX?
Yes, if your driveway can fit two vehicles side by side or end to end, it can accomodate two content boxes.
DO MY ITEMS IN THE CONTENT BOX NEED TO BE PACKED?
To help prevent damage, we strongly recommend that all your items be wrapped, padded or placed in a box. Plus, you will thank yourself when it comes to unpacking.
